We have two lovely homes, near South Beach Village in Sea Pines Plantation, that we rent to selected guests. Both houses are available as vacation rentals year round and are professionally managed by Destination Vacation. We were renters before we became property owners. We know how precious your vacation weeks are. Our goal is to make your vacation as perfect as possible. We take pride and pleasure in trying to figure out what we need to do to keep our houses gracious, welcoming, and functional for our guests. Despite our efforts, things can unexpectedly go wrong, and that is why our partnership with our on-island professional management is so important. We are pleased to be working with Destination Vacation because we are confident that they will provide our guests with the on-island service that is needed to ensure that each vacation goes smoothly. Recent updates: We have recently completed major updates inside and out. Outside: We have redesigned the deck using Trex. The house has been repainted. Inside: The entire entry floor is now tiled. The main floor now has hardwood floors except in the bathrooms and kitchens, which have been tiled. The master bedroom and bathroom have been renovated. We have replaced the old Jacuzzi with a travertine-tiled shower and added double sinks. In Fall 2009 we added an outside spa located near the pool. |
